Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are estimated at the time of your order. We charge actual costs if the shipping costs exceed our basic $8.50 cost. We ship US Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail (for International Orders) with Signature Confirmation Required. Shipping charges for most orders are $8.50 for domestic, and $12.50 + for International. We also ship FedEx, DHL or UPS upon request - and we can ship overnight or 2nd day on request.

Orders are filled in the sequence received, but we try to accommodate rush and deadline requests. Wherever possible, we try to ship within 1 - 2 days of receipt of your order. If you have a rush request, we can ship FedEx Overnite or 2nd Day upon request. If we are out of stock and expect delivery of that item within a week, we may hold your order to ship complete - please let us know if you want us to ship your order partially, and not wait for the back order.
 
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to be accurate in the prices quotes, but we are not responsible for typographical errors. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will notify you prior to shipping.
We may count, or we may scale, your order. 1 Gross is approximately 144 pieces.
 
Payment
We accept Visa or MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, as well as Check or Money Order. All checks must clear our bank prior to shipment.
 
Return Policy
If you should purchase articles and be unhappy with it, we are happy to have it returned under the following conditions:
  1. Please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email within 72 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  3. Merchandise must returned in sellable condition in the original packaging.
    Please contact our customer service department for how best to return the goods so that they arrive in sellable shape.
  4. A 20% restocking charge applies to authorized returns.
  5. Return shipping charges are customers responsibility.
  6. Unauthorized Returns will not receive credit.
  7. We must receive notification within 48 hours if there is shipping damage, and all packaging must be made available for inspection.
 
Damage Claims
Kandi Corp understands that sometimes items are received damaged. Please follow these steps for all articles that may be received damaged:
  1. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization (RA) number or other disposition of the damaged goods within 72 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
  2. Keep shipping materials until disposition is decided. If it is a UPS or FedEx claim, they may want to inspect the package.
  3. Kandi Corp does not issue Call Tags. Usually, because of the size of the return, it is very affordable and accessable to ship via the Postal Service.
  4. Kandi Corp does not pay return shipping charges.
 
Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after they have been placed may incur a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after they have been filled will incur a 20% restocking fee. Iron-On Transfer Orders are not cancellable, unless they can not be shipped within 30 days of placement.
 
Crystal Colors
All crystal and embellishments colors have been reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, we have no control over the color quality of computer monitors, and what you see on your computer may not be totally accurate. We offer color charts with actual crystals, and for a nominal fee we will send you reference color samples of any item. If in doubt, please ask.
 
Privacy Policy
Kandi Corp does not sell or share your information with anyone. We collect only the information necessary to fill your orders.
